Everything you need to know before your first class.

What should I expect in my first class?
You're in for a lot of fun! Our classes cater to individuals of all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. If it's your first time, please inform our coaches — they are dedicated to ensuring you have a great experience.
What if I have injuries?
If you have an injury, we advise consulting with your GP, physiotherapist, or medical provider before attending class. Please notify our coaches about your injury and they will work with you to modify certain movements accordingly.
I'm pregnant — can I join?
Many women continue training with modifications during pregnancy, but please consult your healthcare provider first. Once you have the green light, let our coaches know and they'll help you adjust so you can exercise safely. Ask our admin which classes are coached by a certified prenatal trainer.
What if I have a specific health condition?
We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before joining our sessions. They can advise whether it is safe for you to participate and any modifications you may need.
Is there an age limit?
Children aged 15 and above can participate with parental supervision or guardianship.
What should I bring to class?
Grip socks, boxing gloves, a sweat towel, and a water bottle. We suggest bringing your own boxing gloves, but we can provide a pair if needed.
What if I arrive late?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get ready. Starting on time ensures the safety and best experience for all participants. Late entry may not be permitted once class has begun.
Can I shower after class?
Yes — our shower room is available for use after class. Shower towels are available to rent for IDR 20,000.
What other facilities does PWR Experience have?
Our café serves coffee, protein smoothies, and gluten-free food. We also have two dedicated studio rooms — the Burleigh Room for PWR classes and the Kirra Room for Barre, Mat Pilates, and lower-intensity formats.
What classes are available beyond the PWR formats?
In addition to PWR Signature, PWR Reform, and PWR Reignite+Reshape, we offer Body Barre, Barreless, STRIKE, Mat Pilates, and Functional Reformer. Check the Kirra Room timetable for the full schedule.
